Banana Milkshake
A very quick and nutritious snack/meal for when you're about to go out but forgot to eat anything!

bananas |
300ml |
1/2 pint |
half fat milk |
Peel the bananas and snap them up into 4 or 5 pieces each
Place in a mixing jug and add the milk
Use a hand blender to liquidise the bananas
Drink the mixture within 5 minutes, else the banana will turn dark!
