Egg Noodles with Bacon

A quick meal. Tasty too. A winter snack to warm your tummy. Per person.

egg noodles

1/2 cube

1/2 cube

vegetarian OXO cube

1 teaspoon

1 teaspoon

curry powder

350ml

1/2 pt

boiling water

1 -2 rashers

1 -2 rashers

bacon

  

Put egg noodles in a casserole dish, and sprinkle over the OXO cube and the curry powder.

Cover with the boiling water. Microwave for 3 - 4 minutes and leave standing for a few more.

Grill the bacon until the fat bits turn crispy. Cut into each rasher into 10 - 15 small pieces.

Drain the water from the egg noodles. Mix in the bacon pieces and serve!
