We decided to have another attempt at climbing the Langdale Pikes.

This waterproof jacket wasn't up the constant rain and heavy wind on the top!
Eventually we made it down safely, but after discovering that all five of my top layers were soaked through in the shower block and having a good long shower to warm up - all the pubs and hotels had stopped serving food...
